J. John Combs III

Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, President and Secretary

Mr. Combs, a SEER Founder, is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO. He also serves as General Counsel. Mr. Combs has been Vice President of REGS since 2004, was the founder and President of Tactical Cleaning in 2005, and remains its President. Before joining the Company he owned and operated the law firm of Combs & Associates from 1989 to 2003. Prior to that he was an associate in the law firm of Berman & Blanchard in Los Angeles from 1987 to 1989, and an associate in the law firm of Parker, Milliken, Clark, O’hara & Samuelian, in Los Angeles from 1983 to 1987. His experience in private practice has included corporate maintenance, international finance, and business litigation. Over the last 30 years he has served as an officer and director of various sized corporations, both public and private, and was a Director and Officer of Armada Water Assets, Inc until his resignation in September 2014. For the past five years Mr. Combs has not served as a director of a public company, other than SEER. He received his B.A. from the University of Colorado, with honors, and a Juris Doctorate from Duke University School of Law in 1983.

 


 

Clark Knopik

Interim Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Knopik is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience in both public and private accounting across a wide range of industries.

 


Tom Jones

Vice President Business Development, MV Technologies

Mr. Jones brings to SEER more than 28 years of experience in the solid waste industry including all facets of landfill and landfill gas management. Tom’s experience spans design, permitting, construction management, landfill management and engineering. Prior to joining MV Technologies Tom was general manager for the Landfill Division of a regional solid waste company located in the Midwest, overseeing operations of four landfills. Additionally, Tom developed his own landfill gas-to-energy project where he designed, permitted, financed, constructed and operated an LFG collection system that supplied LFG to supplement the fuel use of a lime kiln and a stone dryer. He has continued to evaluate the feasibility of various biogas projects – LFG and anaerobic digesters, as a consultant for several entities over the years. Tom graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University.

 


 

Scott Yenzer

Vice Chairman of the Board and Director

Mr. Yenzer currently serves on the Board of Directors at SEER Corp as Vice Chairman and Director.   For decades he performed international leadership roles at some of the world’s largest engineering, construction and technology companies.  After four years working land development engineering firms while in college, Mr. Yenzer entered the oil and gas industry with KBR where he executed projects in the North Slope of Alaska prior to moving to Saudi Arabia for the Ras Tanura Refinery Upgrade Project.  This move began a 15 year adventure in the Middle East, leading multiple on shore and offshore, oil and gas, mining, education and industrial, projects, programs and master plans with KBR, ABB and Jacobs.  He was appointed to run the Middle East Operations for Jacobs Engineering in 2004 leading his team to 25 million safe manhours while growing Jacobs Middle East to $10.5 Billion of programs in the four years before transferring to Denver Colorado.  As a business owner, Mr. Yenzer doubled Caribou Energy Corporation prior to its sale in 2017 when he pivoted to providing consulting and board advisement services to pipeline, mechanical and tech companies.  Mr. Yenzer earned a degree in Civil Structural Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona in Southern California and currently serves on the Board of the American Lung Association and an Energy Future Fellow at Big Horn Institute Think Tank.

After a 12-year career in consulting, sales-acquisition and international investment in the public and private sectors, Francisca Viudes joined our team as director of international business development.
After two and a half years within the company and projects on several continents, Francisca Viudes became recently became President of a new entity, Seer-Corp Europe, to deploy our technologies and set up a first office in Nice.
